Custom interaction circle, including : active, bg, invalid.

Extract in mod_overrides.

note : 
also includes a hitdirection texture, inspired of this mod I found on google.
And also includes a texture called hud_radial_rim, need feedback on this, and more information how this works. At first I thought it was for stamina, but when I take damage this texture is also used to cover health part of HUD in full size.
