Have noticed that Locomotive 12G has higher accuracy and stability than Reinfeld 880 despite it being a sawn-off version of the Reinfeld. That makes Locomotive 12G objectively better in every way this mod fixes that.

Changes:
- Stability and accuracy have been swapped between Reinfeld 880 and Locomotive 12G.
- Increased Reinfeld 880 tube capacity to 8.
- Increased rate of fire of Reinfeld 880 to 130. 
- Shell Rack now adds total ammo.
