An updated version of Don't Own Don't Care by Nervatel. Instead of using a built-in list of content packs, it goes through all content packs, which means it will automatically work with newly released DLCs(as unlikely as that seems at this point)

All credit for discovering how to do this goes to Nervatel, I just rewrote this mod to be futureproof.

Does not hide unusable mask components you already have(such as through achievements) and DLC weapons.
