I did a Will Power mod some time ago, but the file uploaded wouldn't be the ZIP file, but was MyDownload.php. Since modifying didn't work, i decided to re-post the file in MEGA and not directly in modworkshop. Sorry about that.

You'll need BLT, Beardlib and the music module for beardlib. Just put the file inside the ZIP into your mod_overrides folder, and you're good to go (In case you forgot: where you put the file is in: PAYDAY 2/Assets/mod_overrides
