Uploaded it because Nepgearsy didn't want to do the honors and upload it all by himself so i took this matter in my own hands.

This mod will replace the blurry weapon case (512x512) and the weapon in it to my own standard 2048x2048/4096 texture.

Installation Notes:
Drop the "Nepgearsy Hydra Weapon Case" folder to your mod_overrides folder located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides
or
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides

If you don't have one then create one in the "assets" folder.
