This mod does one simple thing:  Changes the background to be your crew and you as you have designed.

Install exactly like every other BLT mod:  Drag the "The Crew Background" folder in the download into your "mods" folder.

If the characters takes long to load, your hard drive is extremely slow, but that's the way they load normally when you go to Crew Management and the main menu, so there's nothing the mod can do besides load them earlier and hang somewhere else.

I hand picked some animations for the AI and adjusted the angles so everyone faces the camera, so I'll update them when ones come available and adjust if anyone reports clipping.  Unfortunately, Overkill didn't give that many poses for generic menus that don't have someone holding a pistol, so I removed all the magic pointy finger ones, ask Overkill to add more.

(If anyone has a spare Mega Sydney key and would like to donate it to me as thanks for this and Usable Workshop (or anything else I may make) I would greatly appreciate it, I'm a bit of an obsessive collector and was unable to donate to the charity while it was going on, I had to brute it on to the menu for the screenshot)
