Adds Ruger 14 as Primary Battle Rifle
Unlock level: 24
Popular with law enforcement, security personnel, hunters, ranchers and target shooters; Ruger Mini-14 is named like so because it resembles a smaller military version of the M14 rifle, though it's different on the internal mechanism.
Features 5 unique attachment:
2 Stock option; GB Model Stock & GB Synthetic Model Stock. 2 Mag option; Extended Mag & Rugged Mag (slightly faster reload)
and a optic scope attahcment.

NOTE: If you crash with the xpsg33_magnifier listed on the crashlog. Download this and put it on mod_overrides (copy-paste and replace)
It is probably caused by Blaze Rebalance mod, and without removing it (or it got fixed), you can't use xpsg33 gadget on any M14 based custom weapon.

- Travel space for the bolt cover is too short, so it'll stick out the receiver if you pay attention during recoil or if you have Slide & Bolts Lock mod- Muzzle flash doesn't perfectly follow the barrel length, modding limitation
- There's some custom attachment that's not available for this weapon to be used. Intended.
