Do you remember those ammo types shown on a live stream that ended up never getting added? (Documented here: https://youtu.be/AMwDVhCEVqk ) I got so bored, I ended up adding 7 of my own for AK and CAR based weapons using the weapon mod template. The balance and black market icons still need work, so please feel free to leave hate mail and nonconstructive criticism in the comments.
AP Rounds: +Slight damage boost +Penetrates shields, walls, and body armor -Max ammo penalty -Slight accuracy penalty -Stability penalty
Light AP Rounds: +Penetrates body armor +Accuracy boost -Slight damage penalty
Hollow Point Rounds: +Very small damage bonus +Increased ammo pick up -Accuracy penalty
HE Rounds: +Explodes on impact +Massive damage boost -High stability penalty -Massive concealment penalty (Because who wants invincible dodgers with full auto mini-rocket launchers that can get crits?) -Slower reload speed -High total ammo penalty
Full Metal Jacket: +Considerably high damage boost (!)References to Full Metal Jacket (1987) in the code -Small total ammo penalty -Stabillity penalty
5.56 Rounds: +Increased maximum ammo +Medium stabillity boost -Damage penalty
Soft Point Rounds: +Increased damage -Lower ammo pick up rate

KNOWN ISSUES: Using AP rounds with a DMR kit on an AK rifle gives you very low ammo AP rounds don't penetrate anything when you're not hosting (Blame overkill, lmao)
