Why should your hands take the same amount of space whether empty or holding a knife? Why is a briefcase so suspicious?

These mods give a concealment boost to melee weapons that are either part of your body/gun or not suspicious for a civilian to carry around.

There are TWO mods here, feel free to use either or both.

I don't think it's OP because these melees suck anyway. If you think this is too OP, or have any suggestions for weapons to add/remove, leave a comment. I will only consider a suggestion for this mod if it falls into either of these categories.
