You must manually download this in order to update it to support BLT2.
Its a simple blank perk deck that allows you to accumulate perk deck points to save for future upcoming perk decks and have the points to get them the day it releases without having to re-grind to fully deck out a new one.
Note: Removing this mod WILL delete any unused points accumulated with this mod.
