Based on previous experience from the Indian's INSAS firearms. The gun is very lightweight and compact compared to other Indian-designed weapons.
The MSMC was designed to rectify the shortcomings of the previous INSAS carbine development.
Through various trials and improvements, MSMC came out with a grip-feeding, Uzi-like design that shortened the length of the weapon, making it more suitable for CQC

Features 7 attachment, shorter barrel, extended stock, 2 magazine type, a vertical grip option, a unique gadget and a suppressor.
and a custom ammo; 5.56x30mm MINSAS cartridge that will act like FMJ attachment in CoD, allowing penetration on body armor and shooting through multiple enemy.

Overhauled the weapon with model and texture from BlOps 3 loot drop weapon XMC, the 'future' version of MSMC in BlOps 2.
