Well then, I'm glad that I wasn't the only one being bugged by this.
This mod fixes the map scripted spawns that normal spawn group mods can not override. First put into SC's mod, it is now standalone. This will change things such as scripted shields, bulldozers, and regular enemies as well.
This mod will auto detect and disable itself if SC or DW+ AI changes are enabled, preventing any conflictions.
This may make the game harder.
One Down:
Bulldozers replaced with their DHS counterpart.
HRT (these spawn on Rats 3) units replaced with regular DHS SWAT.
All other SWAT replaced with DHS Heavies.
Shields replaced with DHS variant.
Deathwish/Mayhem:
FBI/Regular SWAT replaced with equivalent GenSec City SWAT.
FBI Heavy SWAT replaced with equivalent GenSec Heavy SWAT.
Shields replaced with GenSec City Shield (change FBI on front when).
Note: I have tested many maps, but I do not have the time to test them all. Firestarter 2 is currently disabled due to it causing DHS to appear in the FBI branch office (which looks really stupid), if there are any other issues please let me know and I'll fix them when I can. This should sync with clients due to spawns being host side, but I have not been able to test or confirm this.
