Imagine updating your mod five years later just to replace all of the SWAT turret announcer lines with a single Armstrong line. Wouldn't be me, right? ... Right?
(I now realize this includes both the turret on the way and turret arrived lines. I might update it if I figure out something clever with Armstrong's lines.)
