Adds a PMAG with Rangerplate attached as a standalone magazine attachment for the guns that use AR-15 Magazines. (Queens Wrath, Car-4, AMCAR, CR 805B, Para, AK5 and AMR-16)
Allows you to have both slightly increased magazine size and slightly faster reload for the price of 1 concealment point.
Currently only the AR-15s will be able have it and I might add it to the other weapons that the speed pull magazine usually can have, but those use different magazine models.

Known Issue: For some reason the Rangerplate is darker on the right side than the left side.
