This is the first time Ive ever done a mod to Coincide with a Voice Mod which is cool.

But yes, this mod makes Ron Perl- Rust, into our All American Hero, Duke Nukem & it includes his head from D.N.F. (Duke Nukem Forever) thanks to Matthelzor. Please note that: due to Dukes head not being fully Animated like the other Heisters, like moving up & down during an Idle Animation, masks on his face will appear on his Right Ear. So if you have the Party Hat mod by Toastender, the Overkill Party Hat, which should have because Overkill gave out those codes like wildfire, or if you have the Unmasked Mod by Nervatel, he wont have his Right Ear wearing a Doge Mask or something on the lines of that. 
I highly recommend the Rust Nukem Voice Mod by Draza, hence the inspiration for this mod in the first place, for the Full Duke

For the Ultimate Experience i'd really would like to recommend that this mod to be paired with his signature pistol by >:3
