Adds the Pulverizer melee weapon based off of KF2. It comes with a boom everytime you hit someone with it.

Stats info:

• Does 50(350) damage
  
• Can knock back shields without Shock and Awe
  
• Anyone hit within the explosion radius will take the same damage as the melee attack
  
• It takes 2 seconds to be able to use any weapons after hitting someone
  
• Low concealment
