I wanted to try making a heist track using the new method that allows songs to be added to the game rather than replacing a vanilla one. I went with an anime Team Rocket theme, though the assault theme is more generic. I needed something to blend well with the other phases and the anticipation phase, which was the original idea for the assault phase, was simply too short to use without it getting really old really quickly.
