Replace the civilian M308 with full-fledge military M14E2
Replaces the standard body, lengthened barrel, and re-positioned barrel extension.
EBR and Jaeger body have been tweaked to accommodate the new form.
Custom barrel extension mod, unfortunately cant be used with the new M14 form.
Changed weapon icon in Inventory.
Also included new attachment:
20 round magazine with lower payload to turn it to low pickup battle rifle.
