Please use 7-zip, WinRAR, etc. to open the .7z file.
This is the default folders for Texture Mods:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides Anytime you update the original mod, you will also need to re-apply this mod. If it asks you if you want to override the texture files, click yes.
