C-Mag for Various Weapon

Gives custom magazine for weapon that can receive C-Mag.
CAR-4, AMR-16, Para SMG and G36 can install the magazine.

C-Mag will give 100 round in magazine, a boost in stability, and a little extra on total ammo.
Countered with worst accuracy, concealment, and longer reload time.

- When reloading, the bullet in C-Mag will replenish visually (empty c-mag to full cmag) when the ammo counter in HUD changes to full again. Override limitation
