Adds a M16 front post as a standalone attachment for Car-4 (Under "Extra" category)

Cosmetic attachment,gives no extra stats.

Reminder:If you are using previous version,please redownload and reinstall.

Since I replaced flip-up sight to handle sight,any other mods that uses M4 default flip-up sight will be affected

The stand alone flip up sight supports custom texture,but not models.

Added 4 different front post locations to fit each hand guards.
M16 Railed Handguard support is also added.(If you can "attach")
(About LR300 handguard,since it looked pretty good to me,I didn't make a separated version for it,if anyone want me to fix it,i'll do immediately.)
