I added a few workarounds and make a slight change to the perk deck that should fix the stamina issue. If this dose not work I have no idea how to fix this and am open to anyone who does.

level 1 -   99% less health
level 2 -   +10% dodge
level 3 -   0% armor
level 4 -   +10% dodge
level 5 -   bad stamina stats
level 6 -   extra movement speed
level 7 -   +20% dodge
level 8 -    further movement speed
level 9 -   +40% dodge

This perk deck is fairly overpowered (when combined with skills doge can reach 95%) but the down side is that you are downed when the first bullet hits you so it balances out.

This mod dose not have auto updates, so keep an eye on developments
