Stealth: loops pretty well
Loud: loops decently
Between waves: everything is muted, except for the exit and transition into assault.

While it syncs up decently (im no audio engineer) there's a major problem with it which I hope someone out there can fix. music_alesso.bnk contains audio files which I cannot mute. like half a second or something of the original audio bleeds in every time the music transitions.
