In Payday the Heist, the lawn is a vibrant shade of green. Well taken care of by it's owner, Mitchell.

In Payday 2, Mitchell, in addition to cutting off his ponytail and changing both his voice and the pronunciation of his name, also let his grass die, turning it into a sickly yellow color.

This mod attempts to bring back a little bit of that liveliness to Florida by recoloring the grass to a different shade of green. I may have missed a few spots here and there and I don't know how much of this will end up extending to other heists as well, but since Counterfeit is one of my favorite PDTH heists, I just couldn't bear looking at the dead state of the Payday 2 version any longer.
