Increases cop spawn rate and increases amount of specials. I made this intending to be used as a sort of Overkill+ mode with frantic play that only the host needs the mod for. This is playable and beatable hosting pubs in overkill, and IMO is a significant difficulty increase, but still easier than DW.

• Target amount of cops on the map at once is 2.5x normal.
  
• More aggressive difficulty ramping(reaches full spawn rate when it normally would only be at 75%).
  
• Enemy group type rates are much more even(more specials, less swats).
  
• Max specials alowed on the map limit is significantly higher.
  
• Increased the size and frequency of groups spawning.
  
• Removed the per assault wave cop limit. Cops now continue to spawn until the assult wave runs out of time; it cannot be ended early by killing everything.
  
• Uses announcer to let players know you're running it.
  

Just put the folder in your BLT mods folder to install.
