Replaces Vlad's lines on Slaughterhouse with blank files so you don't have to listen to that incessant bull crap ever again

EDIT BUT THIS TIME IT'S PERSONAL - So I was watching a MarioInATopHat stream last night and he was doing a Slaughterhouse and he got irritated at Vlad's pointless dialogue in that job so people started talking about this mod and how it didn't work and I was very disappointed in myself and then the next morning I had an epiphany: make it in PDmod, and what do you know, now it works. The rest of the audio does go quiet briefly while Vlad is supposed to be saying his line but I think we can all agree that's preferable to whatever useless thing he has to say. And yes it is now a PDmod file
Also I guess this mod is dedicated to the watchers of that stream, who inadvertently motivated me to keep going
