Mutes the annoying PSSSHHBBEOWWWOWWWOWW sound that plays when you complete an objective or secure a loot bag.
The main reason why I made this mod is because this sound likes to queue itself into playing over and over and over for a very long time when you secure a lot of bags quickly - in some heists like Train Heist, it may even keep playing while your XP is calculating.

It probably would be easier to use a sound override for this instead of LUA but hey, it works. Also, this doesn't remove the same sound when picking up Gage packages, I guess.
