To other modders:
You can create support for this mod by adding the following into the "weapon id" section (alongside "based_on", "global_value", etc.) of your weapon's main.xml

tactical_reload="1" (or 2 if akimbo)

or including a script hooked to "lib/tweak_data/weapontweakdata" that contains the following:

Hooks:PostHook( WeaponTweakData, "init", "your_func_name", function(self)
self.YOUR_CUSTOM_WEAPON_ID.tactical_reload = 1 (or 2 if akimbo)
end)
