A mod_override for Ode To Greed that allows the vocals (Man and women singing) to occur more often

If you didn't know, you have a very rare chance of actually hearing the vocals (you usually hear it once or none at all if on anything except deathwish) so I found a mod for it to occur more often, yes, I FOUND this mod, I could not find the real author on this.
