Basically, it's an improved version of the MLG Dragan, since shortly after releasing it i felt the entire thing is actually kind of sad since it's locked behind a paid DLC (the one that people rarely have to boot), and even then it's basically just a TTS mod with some additional meme sfx inbetween. which is sad because it should have been the other way around.
So i went and made a better one. How so?
