I noticed that only PD:TH Mod and GoonMod support a BLT version. The blue filter didn't fit well with my HM themed main-menu.

Features:
Change Filter in menu and in-game (can be toggled off)

Default Main Menu filter - Matrices
Default In Game Filter - Payday+
