THIS MOD ADDS NEW PERK DECKS, IT DOESNT EDIT THE CURRENT ONES! Have you ever had that feeling "Oh he's playing Hitman, he definitly wants to NOT DIE RIGHT?!" Well, me neither. BUT NOW YOU CAN! Introducing The Buffed Hitman Perk Deck! Perk 1: Basic Recovery 2.0 Your armor recovery rate is increased by 5%. Your chance to dodge is increased by 5% Perk 2: Ambidexterity 2.0 You can dual wield two weapons. These can be found under the Akimbo tab in the inventory menu. Dual wielded weapons have a -16 stability penalty. Ammo capacity for your dual wielded weapons is increased by 25%. Your armor recovery rate is increased by an additional 10%. 10% of your health is converted into 5% dodge for balistic vests. Perk 3: Advanced Recovery 2.0 Your armor recovery rate is increased by an additional 10%. 20% of your health is converted into 15% dodge for balistic vests. Perk 4: Expert Recovery 2.0 Your armor recovery rate is increased by an additional 10%. 30% of your health is converted into 25% dodge for balistic vests. Perk 5: Tooth and Claw 2.0 Your armor recovery rate is increased by an additional 10%. Your armor will recover in 5 seconds no matter what the situation.
