Extract to PAYDAY 2/mods

Chooses a random title screen image on startup. This is the BLT script only, images not included.

OPTIONS (edit titlescreenrandom.lua with notepad)
• The abiliity to exclude certain images from the random rotation.
• Enable/disable the PRESS ANY KEY text.

NOTE: Intended for use with TouhouCrud or any mod that specifically supports the Title Screen Randomizer.
