Alright, do you remember Zdann's Graphic Mod? DX11 Mod? Post Processing Stubber? any FPS boost mod out there?
Well, this one is BASED on their idea, now, this is on BLT, NOT PDMOD, so, it's safer to use for everyone!
This can be effective for ANY machine, low, mid or high spec, as far as I have noticed, it reduces the heat generated specially on laptops. It boosts up to 20+ FPSs depending on the map you are on.
You dont need Zdann's Graphic tweak anymore for this!
Please verify your game files with steam if you have any issues!

DESPITE ALL THOSE EFFECTS TURNED OFF, THE GAME KEEPS LOOKING VERY GOOD.
NO MESSED UP TEXTURES OR SHADOWS.

Keep in mind, maps like Golden Grin Casino and similars, will still lag if you already have lag in them.
What this does, is DISABLE MOST post processing effects including OUTLINES.
Why the outlines? because they are tightly linked to post processing effects and It's hard for me to figure it out how to fix it, STILL, there is a workaround!

Another thing is that THIS DOES NOT mess up the shadows and its completely compatible with low resolution shadow map or something, awesome, is´nt it?
Now now.. this mod also REMOVES THE SMOKE IN COOK OFF, yes, that annoying smoke from the meth lab.
For some already good powered machines, you might not notice the difference.
This mod DOES NOT change anything in the main menu, does NOT offer a menu either, it always works.
There is a bug that re-enables the outlines when you get into custody, which is impressive, considering I want this mod to work with the outlines.
Yes, this work is based on others mods, the purpose of this one, is offering a lighter, safer graphic solution.
If you find ANYTHING wrong with this mod, any bug or something that causes a crash, please inform me.

UPDATE: It should fix the issue some people are having about frame drops, also, disabled some other background effects, unnoticable by simple view, but it helps the FPSs.
