This mod increases cops spawn rate but limiting them at around 55-60. If you want to change this limit, choose one of the "Give 'em Hell.lua" files (where they limit at is noted in the not in the folder).
--Update: - 2 - "The Rush Update"
I finally made them faster to react by making the "check code's" delay longer, which means less work on cpu, which also means they find paths to go faster which means they rush more (actually, they will always be on rush while assault is in progress).
Makes them run more often than walking which means they rush faster (becouse they were too slow to come to the stairs in rats day 1).
The only bad thing is they take covers less, but who the duck cares about that (especially me, i want them pouring on myself!).
If you have a potato pc like mine (which runs the game at 30 fps {not steady} on 800x600), go ahead and download it, becouse it did make enemy AI Way better for me. Even if you have a uber super kuantum pc, go ahead and download it if you feel like those enemies are too easy to take out.
Also Special Thanks to Sandman Eh Docholiday332 for informing me that there was more to do about this rush, those are added with 2.2 update.

I finally added the "test1.lua" file back. I wanted to add it back sooo much that i even got 73 crash files in 2 days (no joke). I fixed the crashes it makes and made it work so, this file makes cops react even faster on potato pc's (normal pc's will most likely feel it better when there is more than 75 cops on the scene).
Updated assault units to always be on rush (i think that's the last rush update).
Updated cop's travel logic to always be on move.
Updated cop's attack logic so they shoot more.
Made spawn points better so they spawn faster.
Made cops always face the enemy and aim faster.
Made them charge more often and at around 8-9 sizes (it was normally around 4-12, resulting in charging at mostly 4 size and not be effective / 12 cops and get stuck).
Also a little secret about cops and their chatters ;)
Hotfix: Fixed a typo i made in the code that would occur a crash.
3.5 Update: Fixed many bugs and applied some of the bulldozer's attack code to make police forces rush better (they never take cover anymore, they just run at you while shooting).
Added a version that replaces flash bangs with smokes, becouse some of us (the potato pc users) use some mods that deletes the post-processing effects which makes flashbangs useless, it will at least smoke the area now.
Hotfix: Fixed a crash that would occur becouse of a typo of mine (again).
Fix Update (3.6): Fixed the enemy's detection bar not getting lowered so they could see you through the walls.
Fixed a crash that was related to hox freakout's cops (it was causing crashes on hlm day 2 and undercover too) ("Malkalm", thank you for reporting the which file causing the crash!)
Tweaked so many things but i really don't remember which files, probably the things you would never notice anyway.
A little update 3.7: Added a version without any AI improvements or rush thingys. Improved the travel logic a little bit and improved the attack logic a little more bit.
Fix: Optimized Attack logic, fixed cops shooting at you even after 2 seconds they lose eye contact with you. Edit: turns out i was drunk and broke the whole code. Fixed it right now (did i? yeah, i suppose)
Literally Another Fix: Some computers may experienced that no cops even moving, well it is fixed right now so... Oh, and deleted the coplogicbase file becouse caused some crashes and, yes. Alright.
FIX (yep, another one): Fixed them making crash (i hope fixed it), made them rush faster and aim faster and i think that's the best can be done about it, i don't think they can be even faster on a potato pc like mine at least i cannot becouse it's about engine's pathing speed so, they rush fast as a friendly bot come at you (which i find it slow but, that's the fastest possible one). and fixed me being dumb and making them not rush if they don't see me. (3.83: makes aim faster, also sorry for updating it like 5 times a day, there was so many bugs i couldn't see).
Update 3.9: Finally optimized AI Improver and implemented it on Harder Difficulty and this mod, meaning they will react faster and path faster. They will now spawn every 0.2 seconds (at least this is without break events on function, just know that it will be so fast that you can't just clear a room that is close to a spawn point). Also changed the path system to find a cover near you and go there, not to just straight up go inside you and make you invincible. Fixed: Recon units was spawning constantly if there was no assault in progress (Not: Changed system of changing enemy limit sizes becouse of "reasons" (there was many stupid problems).). Fixed: Some other AI controlled npc's not moving or slowly moving (Old hox in hox-o freakout, Mitchell in Counterfeit...). Improved ai code a bit (added a dodge function for cops that they never do still becouse, reasons...).
Update 3.92: Fixed the mod so it works with last updates, fixed ai not climbing fences in firestarter.
Actually was holding this update until i find something good to add but realized the current uploaded version was broken so, quickly updated the mod. If you find something doesn't works or the whole mod doesn't works, tell me.
If mod doesn't works, delete the mod and re-download it then try again. If it still doesn't works, you are free to swear to let me know, and please do that.
