Replaces Jacket's "arms outstretched" Domination lines with the iconic, ceaseless "HALT" of the guards from The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. Calm in stealth, yelled in assault waves.

Note: This first packing of the mod is still missing just one of the original exclamations in Assault mode, and so the occasional "arms outstretched" may still slip through. I'm working on finding the remaining file, but seeing as there's so many voice lines to go through, I just wanted to put something out there and will update this as soon as I find the last one. And, if anybody knows which file it is I missed, please let me know.
