Well...it took WAYYYY TOO LONG for someone to make this. Basically, a SUPERHOT-inspired cop reskin put together on a short notice.

It has bugs and unfinished features:
Cop faces are normal colour for now
Helmets on some units aren't coloured either
Captain "Cunt" Winters is still default...for now.
Mendozas/mobsters/bikers not replaced
Murkies not replaced

Just drag and drop into mod_overrides.
