Made as a test after playing far too much Skyrim and wanting to give myself incentive to play again; replaces the megaphone lines asking you to surrender with various lines from the guards from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This first build replaces much of them with the standard memetic "stop right there, criminal scum" due to wanting to just get something uploaded after a few hours' work; there are many other lines in place, as well, but as I don't have very many good audio rips from Oblivion, I did run out of lines to use. If anybody knows where I could find those and improve this, do let me know!

Installation is simple as dropping it in the mod_overrides folder.
