Yep, you read the title right. This mod reskins Dragan to look as close as the Commissar as I could. I even replaced Dragan's head with the Commissar's. Ever wanted to play as a smug Russian in a green suit? Now you can.
tl;dr - Replaces Dragan with the Commissar's suit and head.
Drop to your mod_override folder located in your PAYDAY 2 asset folder.
