If you don't know what job heat is, it's how "hot" a job is based on how frequently you've completed it recently, which sets a positive or negative (+/-) XP multiplier. That's a feature of the game, this just shows it more easily.
Compatibility
Apparently this isn't compatible with contract list v2 and probably some other mods. This isn't something I can fix considering how simple this mod is, you'd have to contact the author of those mods. All this mod does is modifies the return value of a function that returns contract names. Other mods might completely repurpose this function (which is bad practice as it causes these sorts of issues), but this mod doesn't change the original use at all.
