Sociopath Rework
This is an attempt to recreate the Sociopath perk deck, as shown in this video.
Keep in mind this is not exactly a 100% faithful recreation, as some aspects would be overpowered or underpowered. I may tweak this perk deck as I see fit.
- No Talk: Your damage reduction is increased by 8% while close to an enemy.
- Tension: Your dodge chance is increased by 40%, but your maximum health is reduced by 50%. Your maximum armor is reduced by 25%.
- Clean Hit: Your ammo pickup is increased by 50%, but your maximum ammo is reduced by 75%.
- Overdose: Killing an enemy from close range restores 30 armor. Melee kills have a 75% chance to spread panic.
- Showdown: Your movement speed is increased by 20% for 5 seconds after killing an enemy with melee. Your melee damage is increased by 100%. Killing an enemy with melee restores 10% of your maximum health.
You are the definition of a glass cannon. You have a lot of dodge chance, but your maximum health is greatly crippled. Your HP regeneration is risky. You must carefully plan your shots.
