I guess that explains everything, this following mod applies DX11 Shader which has extended shadow fade-out(in) option.
With courtesy of I am not a spy... I was able to fix the bugs that were caused by the DX10 code.
Use with caution. Works with Lower Shadow Map Mod, as reported by others. It also supports PDTH Contour mod, Old Deferred Lighting Shaders mod
THOSE SHADERS WORK ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH CARDS SUPPORTING DX11, DX9 CARDS WILL CRASH HARD

Also if anyone of you have downloaded the version labeled with "Test" it is highly recommended to remove it.
Additional Note: THE MOD DOES NOT BOOST FRAMERATES I was wrong, it really does improve upon performance and stability.
~~ This mod works with the VR build of the game. ~~ Recent PAYDAY update broke something, if I had to guess one of the files has been updated and I am not sure if that will be fixed anytime soon.
IT ONLY CHANGES THE RENDERER OPTION TO DIRECTX 11 OUTPUT AND ADDS SOME NICE EFFECTS SUCH AS LARGER FADE IN-OUT SHADOWING AND DOES NOT MAKE THEM LOOK JITTERED. It also makes the skybox much sharper and gets rid of the hardcoded Depth of Field to it. Among many other things, there are many that I haven't seen to this day....
Important note: This mod is no longer maintainted by the original author (Matthelzor), so all the updates that have come out towards this mod are done by test1. I greatly appreciate the effort and care that you put out for it. Thank you Test1
