This mod cleans up messes made by cheaters. Right now, the mod allows you to remove specific amounts of offshore/spending cash, or you can choose to wipe your offshore/spending entirely.
To use it, go to Options->Mod Options->Cleaner. The buttons should be self-explanatory.
To make the deduction stick, you may need to enter and exit a heist (or your safehouse) first, or buy/sell a weapon in your inventory.
