Adds a handful of the weapon patterns, to the mask pattern selection.

I was disappointed when weapons got all the visual love, this crimefest. Sure we got 16 masks, but we didn't get a single color, material, or even a pattern.
This of course is the set with the selection containing of the recent COP patterns and stickers, added.

Notes:
Uses BLT
Patterns are free and infinite
Other players will only see the material you used on the mask
Removing the mod will send all the returnable items back to your inventory, and consume everything that can't
Would be nice to know if you use this in your mod and

YOU MAY NOTICE THAT SOME OF THE PATTERNS CAUSE THE COLORS TO BLEND W/ THEMSELVES OR THE MATERIALS. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE, BUT FIXING IT WOULD CAUSE ISSUES WITH THE SAFE DROPPED WEAPON SKINS.
