Replaces Charging Sound with 'Iiiiiizaaaayaaaaaaaaaaaaaa' by Shizuo from Durarara!

Installation: put "'Iiiiiizaaaayaaaaaaaaaaaaaa' Charging Sound" folder into your \PayDay2\assets\mod_overrides folder

Changelog:
1.1: Made the sound 5 decibels louder.
Added 10 louder/quiter versions of the sound:  +5db, +10db, +15db, +20db, +25db, +30db -5db, -10db, -15db, -20db
1.2: Now the mod also changes Xmas 's charge sound. If you don't need it just delete "439760497.stream" file from "soundbanks/streamed/regular_sfx" folder.
