Adds Hector's Mask to all cops. I'm currently working on it to work better. Becouse it doesn't replaces helmet, it adds helmet and goes through heavy cop's helmet. It works on bulldozers face armor too. So i want to release it early so everyone can try it. I'm still working on it. NOTE: You NEED to wear hectors mask too (The Hard Hat) or game will crash (i'm working on it, i swear).

Update 1: After many months, i finally removed cops default helmet so it no longer goes through their helmet. I will still work on this.
