Overview

---

This mod is an attempt to rebalance the most problematic skills in the game. Skills affected include Stockholm Syndrome and Hard Boiled.

Mastermind:

• Stockholm Syndrome now additionally allows tied civilians and converted enemies to revive you.
  
• Stockholm Syndrome Basic now makes the first bullet to hit a civilian harmless (like melee).
  
• Stockholm Syndrome Ace now spawns 5 ammo pickups, rather than 1.
  
• Dominator Ace now gives you a small chance to dominate enemies by aiming at them. Higher threat stats on your weapon will increase this chance.
  
• Partner in Crime now gives you two converts instead of one.
  
• Inspire Ace now has a 50% chance to revive people, instead of 75%.
  

Enforcer

• Oppressor Ace now gives a 5% chance per shot to spread panic.
  
• Tough Guy Ace now increases your bleedout health by 150%.
  
• Hard Boiled Basic now gives 8 more accuracy to all weapons when firing from the hip.
  
• Hard Boiled Ace now increases LMG damage by 20% and reload speed by 25%.
  
• Overkill Ace now gives a 20% damage resistance on kill.
  

Technician

• The amount of tripmines is increased 2x (max. tripmines is now 12).
  
• To offset the unbalance with shaped charges, shaped charges now cost 2 tripmines to place. Hopefully this will make tripmines as actual mines more valuable.
  
• Shaped Charges Basic and Aced have been switched.
  
• Shockproof Ace now electrifies your bullets while you're being tased, tasing any enemies you hit.
  
• Jack of All Trades and Mag Plus have been switched.
  
• Sentry Guns will no longer fire at shields and other things they can't see.
  

Ghost

• Moving Target now increases movement speed based on your detection risk.
  
• Nine Lives Ace now additionally guarantees a self-revive on your first down.
  
• SMG Specialist Ace now increases SMG damage by 20% instead.
  

Fugitive

• Daredevil has been replaced with Moving Target. Basic version gives the old Daredevil Basic+Ace effects, Ace allows sprinting in any direction.
  
• Brother's Keeper Ace has been merged into Brother's Keeper Basic.
  
• Brother's Keeper Ace now gives a 20% chance for your first aid kits to also restore a down.
  
• Trigger Happy now also works with Akimbo pistols.
  

Perk Decks

• Rogue and Crook's first perk (Subtle) now gives 10% dodge chance, instead of 5%.
  
• Ex-President will now only deplete its health bar if you actually get healed.
  
• Muscle no longer has panic, this has been moved to Oppressor instead.
  

Installation

Extract the contents of the zip file to PAYDAY 2/mods. You must have the BLT Hook installed.

Compatibility with other mods

---

This mod should be mostly compatible with other mods. However, if you use SC's difficulty overhaul and/or Naviaux's Technician Rework, you must open the mod options and set compatibility options accordingly. Should be self-explanatory.

If you're having incompatibility with other mods, drop me a comment or message and I'll add compatibility.

Please stop asking me to make a standalone version of specific features. This list would get insanely cluttered, and I'd have to support 6 different distributions of the mod. Take it or leave it.
