Replaces the Name and Description's of all of the Perks in the Crook Perk Deck to match Almir's own personal Perk Deck that he used throughout Rusty Chains Twitch Interview. (Doesn't actually replace any values). If you got any suggestions for any names of the other Perk Decks (doesn't have to be just Crook) then i'm all ears. This mod now has the Grinder Perk Deck, to reflect on the COP Pack

Now, i'm assuming i'm going to get a bit of hate and people are going to be confused why i would upload a stupid mod like this to Last Bullet. Well, my reaction is simply that this mod is awesome, "Shame on you if you thought otherwise!"
