PROJECT:. Phoenix is a semi-complete audio overhaul of the characters in PAYDAY 2, which adds a ton of new voicelines to heists and general speech.
Characters will comment on more things, you'll hear lines you've NEVER heard before. Even Bain has new features, like calling out special units and timing your assaults.
A lot of it was inspired from PAYDAY: The Heist, and is built from the last available version of PROJECT: Canary.
To install PROJECT:. Phoenix, you must first install the BLT hook. Head over to https://paydaymods.com/download/ and download the BLT Lua hook, then extract the contents into your root PAYDAY 2 folder.
After, download this mod, then navigate to PAYDAY 2/mods/.
Mods that are built off the BLT hook are installed slightly differently than the old Lua hook. Inside the .zip will be a folder called PHOENIX. Simply drop this folder into PAYDAY 2/mods/. And there you have it - PROJECT:. PHOENIX is now installed. Launch your PAYDAY 2.
It will prompt you with a mail notification on first start up. This is how you know you installed it correctly.
Make sure you update all your mods when you get prompted to!
WARNING! DISABLE PROJECT: CANARY BEFORE USING PHOENIX. WHILE THEY ARE NEARLY THE SAME MOD AS OF THIS TIME, THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE AT ONCE.
