Adds the head of the pokemon Gardevoir to almot all police forces except: Bulldozers, Shields, Cloakers, and FBI without armor. Sadly this includes Winters for now.
to Install, place the folder from the .zip file into your Payday2/assets/mod_overrides/ folder. if the mod_overrides folder does not exist then create it.
